Our Water Removal and Dry out Process
1.) The Initial Response
Once the water loss source is discovered, we then try to be there in less than an hour to start the water mitigation process!
2.) Assessment
Once our team is on-sight a certified technician will the start to determine the affected areas and materials by using the latest technology, that way they can document for insurance purposes.
3.) Equipment Setup
We specialize in drying out the home to save as many affected areas and material possible, but if necessary we will have to remove some damaged material due to the condition of the water damages.

OUR FIRE & SMOKE DAMAGE RESTORATION PROCESS
1.) Initial Response
After a fire has occurred, we get called out and we quickly go to see if everyone is okay, and start with the emergency mitigation by boarding up all windows, doors and holes that were made by the fire department. We also do an emergency pack out with high valued items and necessary personal items.
2.) Assessment
We then figure out all the damages and see what contents and materials are salvageable and non-salvageable. This process can take a while to discuss with engineers, the insurance provider to see what the coverage is, etc.
3.) Smoke Odor Control and Fire Mitigation
After being authorized to commence all mitigation and odor control, we follow our 4 steps to ensure that all smoke odor and all affected materials at the source of loss are removed and eliminated. We do this by removing the source, cleaning the source, penetrating the source and then sealing the source.
4.) Re-construction
After all the mitigation and odor control have been completed. We then commence to rebuild and restore the structure back to it's finished conditions. In most cases if the property is out of date, we work with the engineer, the insurance provider, the city, state, the property owner, etc to make sure the building gets build back up to code to pass the final inspection when completed.
5.) Content Manipulation
Lastly, once having restored or replacing all items that were affected by the fire, we bring them back to the source and put them back in a organized manner where we found it, and document it to show the property owner everything like if nothing had ever happened.

Our Mold Removal and Air Quality Process
1.) Assessment/Protocol
After an IAQ Professional does a protocol we assess it to see what needs to be done and create a plan to correctly do the project.
2.) Containment
We then start setting up all containment after being authorized to commence working at the source of loss. We make sure to setup air tight containments and use HEPA Negative Machines and Air Filters to make up for all air. We set up cautions signs and make sure no un-authorized people enter these areas.
3.) Mitigation & IAQ
After all proper containment is setup, we put on PPE prior to any mitigation. After being ready we start to remove all affected material and dispose of them correctly. We also start using chemicals to eliminate all mold growth and also make sure we use a thermal fogger to get rid of all spores in the air present.
4.) Documentation
We provide all documentation to all parties involved to assure that we did everything mentioned in the report. We also do this to protect everyone involved for any legal actions that could be taken.
5.) Post Inspection
After finishing all the work, the IAQ Professional comes back to do a final inspection and does all his tests to see if we passed or not. After Passing we then get ready for the reconstruction of the property that was affected.
